What this means for you?
Patients prescribed Schedule II medications (such as Adderall, Ritalin, Vyvanse, etc. ) must:

Complete an initial IN-PERSON evaluation
-
Attend an IN-PERSON visit at least every 3 months
-
Maintain compliance with state and practice policies in order to continue treatment
Telehealth alone is no longer sufficient for ongoing prescribing of these medications under New Jersey law.

✔ You will be greeted by the front desk upon arrival.
✔ Your provider will personally come to the lobby and escort you to the office at your scheduled time.
✔ Please allow adequate time for traffic and locating the office. We recommend mapping the address in advance if you have not visited before.
Parking & Building Access
✔ Free parking is available onsite.
✔ Parking lot is in front of the building, with the entrance presenting on your Right hand side when traveling eastbound on Route 22.
✔ The building is wheelchair accessible for clients with mobility needs.

Policies
Because in-person visits require reserved clinical space and scheduling coordination, the below policies will be strictly enforced.
We deeply value your time and ask the same courtesy for your provider’s time.
Arrival & Punctuality Policy
Please plan to arrive 10–15 minutes early, especially if this is your first in-person visit.

Our providers maintain a full clinical schedule.

Late arrivals CANNOT be accommodated.
If you arrive later than the 10 min grace period:

Your appointment will need to be rescheduled. Unfortunately, there will be no exceptions.

Applicable late cancellation or no-show fees will apply.
No-Show & Late Cancellation Policy
Because in-person visits require reserved clinical space and scheduling coordination:

No-Show and Late Cancellation Fees will be strictly enforced.

Cancellations must be made at least 48 hours in advance for in person visits.

Failure to notify the office will result in automatic billing of the no-show fee.
Co-Pays & Payment Policy

Co-pay will be automatically processed a few hours before your appointment if there is a valid and active card on file.

Otherwise, requests will be automatically sent via text message and/or email prior to your appointment. However, our office policies require an active card on file to maintain appointments, so be prepared to update this information with your provider.

Payment must be completed in advance whenever possible. If not completed ahead of time, please be prepared to pay onsite at the time of service.

Outstanding balances may delay scheduling of future appointments.

Patients and visitors are kindly asked not to present to the office without a confirmed appointment. Our providers maintain full clinical schedules and are unable to accommodate walk-ins or unscheduled visits.

For safety and confidentiality reasons, entry to clinical areas is limited to scheduled patients.

Family members or support persons must be pre-approved by the provider prior to attending a visit.

Medication refills will not be issued in person without a scheduled appointment unless previously arranged.

If you are experiencing a medical or psychiatric emergency, please call 911 or go to your nearest emergency room. Our office is not equipped to provide emergency or crisis walk-in services.
