What is it?
The CharmHealth platform is what we use for our Electronic Health Record (EHR).
It is a central hub for us to track your progress and communicate in between appointments.
It enhances the care you receive, facilitates communication with our clinic, and helps you keep track of appointments, medications, payments and other parts of your treatment plan.

Getting started
After your first appointment, you will be emailed an invite from TeleNP Health (past patient) or Totality Mindcare via CharmHealth with the subject line "Patient Registration". Follow the steps to set up your patient profile.
Make sure to check your spam folder, if you are unable to identify this email.
Additionally, you can ask your provider about enrollment at your next visit or email contactus@totalitymindcare.com to request an invite.
