As we step into a new chapter, we are excited to announce that TeleNP Health is becoming Totality Mindcare. This transformation reflects our deep commitment to offering exceptional psychiatric services customized for your needs. We know that change can feel overwhelming, especially for our valued patients, so we want to ensure you that this transition will be smooth.
The name Totality Mindcare captures our holistic approach to mental health. We are dedicated to treating the whole person, not just the symptoms. Mental health is crucial to overall well-being, and we are here to support you in every way possible.
What Does This Mean for You?
We want to reassure you that while our name and website are changing, your experience with us will remain the same. Here’s what to expect during this transition:
Fresh New Website is LIVE
Our website has transformed to better align with our focus on psychiatric services. Starting September 1st, the new URL, www.totalitymindcare.com, will be the only active domain. If you use our old URL by accident, don’t worry; it will redirect you to our new site, providing continuous access to the resources and information you need.
Billing Remains the Same
For the time being, billing processes will stay the same. You will see TeleNP Health on your invoices and receipts. We have informed insurance providers about our name change—once processed, you will start seeing our new name, Totality Mindcare, on correspondence(s) from us and/or your insurance provider.
Patient Portal
The only change you’ll notice in the patient portal is our new name. All functionalities remain unchanged, allowing you to communicate with your provider as you always have. We encourage you to continue using the patient portal for correspondence since this process will remain consistent.

Practice Areas
As of August 2025, with our transition to Totality Mindcare, we regret to inform you that we will no longer be providing services in Washington State or Texas.
We deeply value the opportunity we’ve had to work with patients in these states, and it has truly been a pleasure to be part of your care. If the need presents itself in the future, we will thoughtfully consider re-launching services in these locations.
Administrative Changes to Expect for Fall 2025
As we look ahead, some administrative changes will take place gradually in the fall. Here’s what to expect:
Backend Systems Transition: We will transition our backend systems to enhance service delivery. This will be a gradual process, and we promise to keep you updated every step of the way.
Continued Communication: We are dedicated to maintaining open communication lines. As changes happen, we will provide timely updates to ensure you feel informed and comfortable throughout the transition.
Only one Patient Administrative Task
To remain compliant with legal and insurance requirements, once insurance updates are finalized, we will ask each patient to sign a brief acknowledgment form. This form will simply confirm that all prior consents you signed with TeleNP Health (treatment, HIPAA, and financial agreements) remain valid under our new practice entity, Totality Mindcare.
This update is simply part of our rebrand and ensures that our records remain accurate and compliant under our new name.
What to expect:
Prior to your fall visit, you will receive a one-page acknowledgment form to review and sign.
This is a quick administrative update only.
What is NOT changing:
Your provider, your care, and your treatment remain the same.
There are no changes to the services you receive, your treatment plan, or your patient rights.

As insurance updates are finalized, you will begin to see this new address reflected on invoices, receipts, prescriptions, and other documentation.
